(bread machine)

In order add to pan:

1 cup warm water                     1tsp salt
2 med/large eggs                      4 tsp fast acting yeast                                                    
1 egg white
2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
4 cups bread flour (white)

Put on "dough" setting.  When dough is finished, remove  immediately and place on
counter dusted with a little flour.  Separate dough equally for two loaves. To shape see
pictures below.  Each loaf will have six braids.

After shaping, brush tops of unbaked loafs lightly
with egg white.

Then bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25
minutes until golden brown.

Makes two loafs
